AR Pistol

Post Number:#1  Postby Edub » Fri May 23, 2014 10:16 pm

Well, one of my friends inspired me to build an AR pistol. The SB-15 arm brace is what made me finally build one. It's one sweet stock, er... arm brace. Specs: Odin Works 10.5".223 Wylde barrel, MI SS10 handguards, Troy Claymore break, BCM pistol grip, AFG2, PSA stripped upper, Aero Precision lower, KAK SB15 buffer tube, Primary Arms/Holosun red dot, Magpul enhanced trigger guard (not pictured).

Nice! How else can you have a pistol with 40 rounds?

Love Magpul's new cloaking trigger guards.

Haven't put any rounds through the gun yet so, not sure on longevity. It looks nice on the gun though . Hopefully, tomorrow or Monday I'll get to the range.

Let me know how it shoots. I've been considering doing a pistol build and was wondering if I should try a piston gas system instead of direct impingement and if that would help to improve reported reliability issues.
